This year, much loved and respected West Coast musician/clinician Rene Worst was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. While it is fortunate that the cancer has not yet spread to bones or other vital organs, Rene's work schedule will be sharply curtailed as he receives treatment and surgery for this, and he will be convalescing for an indeterminate amount of time.
